The luxurious dayclub OMNIA seems to have closed its chapter in Bali, as the hyped destination appears to have changed management with the iconic location adopting a new name, Savaya Bali.

On Dec. 1, Savaya Bali began posting on social media and announcing its opening for Dec. 26 in an event titled “First Dance of Savaya.”

Its subsequent posts soon made it pretty clear that it is occupying the Uluwatu location of what’s formerly known as OMNIA Bali, as also acknowledged in an automated message to the number listed for reservations at Savaya Bali.

It’s also hard to miss the iconic OMNIA cube sitting on the edge of Uluwatu cliffs from Savaya’s social media posts, such as this one on Instagram:

Coconuts Bali has reached out to Savaya Bali to inquire more about the new club, and we’ll update this story as soon as we hear from them.

Though you can still find OMNIA Bali on Instagram (its last post was from Sept. 16), you’ll come up empty if you look on Facebook. In addition, Bali is no longer listed on the website for OMNIA clubs.

OMNIA Bali opened to the public in early 2018 to much fanfare, bringing star-studded performances from renowned international DJs and getting a lot of coverage on social media as Indonesians and foreign visitors frequent the dayclub, which also boasts a pretty sick view of the Indian Ocean. While the brand itself may have quietly left the Indonesian market, partygoers may still be able to look forward to cool events in the future under the location’s new host. You can watch this space for future updates about the club.
