The incident reportedly took place on Tuesday, right in front of a beauty salon on Jl. Srikandi in Singaraja. According to several posts, the owner of the beauty salon said that the man stopped by the shop’s window and appeared to be on the phone at first, before moving his hand and begin jacking off.

“We have asked for information from the people inside the beauty salon, because there are no reports filed, so we are still gathering statements for the time being from people who are aware of the incident,” Buleleng Police spokesman I Gede Sumarjaya told Detik earlier today.
In the video, the man appears to be wearing a helmet and a surgical mask, and was quite obviously touching his genitals underneath his pants at some point.
Sumarjaya said authorities are still looking to identify and locate the man.
